Q: Can you give us insights into your solutions?

The platform smartly intermediates the disparate business processes, transaction structure, content difference, etc. All is handled and bridged by Nipendo platform. When prospects asks us ‘how can you possibly reach 95% supplier adoption rate?’ that is the answer. We do not drag suppliers out of their business environment into yet another Supplier Portal, rather than enable them to continue working on their existing accounting system or ERP, connect to Nipendo once easily and automate their current processes, reduce human intervention and manual work, gain visibility to process status in real-time and fix any discrepancy in real-time to ensure accurate and timely payments.
Q: What are some of the specific use cases or scenarios you can share on how your clients can leverage your solutions?
A: We are lucky to have phenomenal customers who marked automation and process efficiencies on their flag, taking Nipendo into every spend category across all supplier base. I will name one example of leading Aerospace & Defense enterprise, constructed of 24 daughter companies in 3 continents, running 93% of the total spend on Nipendo with 95% of their suppliers. Process automation composed of RFP, PO, Order Fulfilment, Shipping, Receiving, Invoices, Payments and Dynamic Discount in both Direct and In Direct spend, including Services, Legal, Marketing, HR Out-Sourcing, Transportation and more. The entire process runs a over 99% machine automated manner and 99% of their invoices approved to pay touch-free and error-free. Language agnostic, over 5000 suppliers spread across 17 countries are trading electronically including all above mentioned processes.
Q: What are the company’s plans and goals for the future?
A: Our fist goal is to maintain the high levels of customer satisfaction with zero churn we currently have. That will be achieved by continuous innovation, additional functionalities, enhanced automation and AI. The second goal we are targeting is to launch Supplier Trade Finance by Nipendo. To date we offered Dynamic Discount and trade finance through 3rd party financing companies while in the near future we will step into the shoes of the financing companies to offer early payments, credit lines and financing products to suppliers on our network. The third future plan is to enhance our supply chain process governance and Invoice Validation capabilities to Export/Import agreements and invoice validation offering a one-stop-shop for all type of P2P processes and all types of spend.
