Below is our interview with Paroon Chadha, Co-Founder and CEO of Passageways:
Q: Could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to Passageways?
A: Passageways develops two collaboration suites, OnBoard and OnSemble. OnBoard is a third generation board portal that drives board of director collaboration by streamlining meeting workflows, improving corporate governance, and creating a secure central hub for all meeting materials. OnSemble is an employee intranet, a suite of integrated, productivity enhancing, data tracking, get business done applications.

Q: You’ve recently announced new secure messaging service; could you tell us something more?
A: The messaging service will be developed for directors and administrators to communicate directly based on materials in their board book. We didn’t want another generic messaging product. Instead, we are building one integrated into our board meeting solution, so that when a director sees something they find curious or needs further discussion, they can simply tap that item and open up a thread specially about that subject.
Q: What makes OnBoard the best solution for meetings?
A: Directors want to get information faster so they are better prepared; administrators want more time to assemble relevant board materials; and organizations want a better-prepared board of directors with sufficient time to have real strategic deliberations and outcomes.
