Q: What is priority #1 of the business?
A: Our motto at PB Financial is “helping the borrower gain wealth and grow their real estate portfolio”. That motto holds true as we attempt to help more people get the financing they need. Still, our top priority will always be to keep our current clients up to date and happy with their transactions while ensuring investors feel comfortable knowing their capital is insured at 125% Lenders Title Policy, has no servicing fee after closing, and can move their Trust Deed at any time. At the end of the day, both our borrowers and investors are happy with the transactions they made.
Q: What geographic markets are you focusing on currently?
A: Throughout San Diego, San Jose, San Francisco, Sacramento, Fresno, Long Beach, Oakland and Los Angeles, we offer secured real estate loans and speak languages such as Farsi, Spanish, and Indian. Being based in LA allows us to offer in-person customer service to those near our office at 6380 Wilshire boulevard, making the whole transaction more personal.
Q: What are your plans for next four months?
A: In the next 4 months we want to prioritize outreach and the quality of our service. We understand that keeping clients happy leads to more clients via word of mouth and increases the likelihood of clients working with us again, so we want to make sure that at the end of a transaction our clients are happy to have worked with us. We are always working to make sure our customer service is improving.
