Q: Could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to your company?

A: Today businesses are dealing with exponential change. Change is introduced by new technologies, innovation, disruptive competitors, and market forces. Piilo Group focuses on consulting services that assist companies in managing change. We are in essence a change management company. This means we help business identify the impacts of change and define how they need to manage this. To move from disruption to performance.

More than 70% of business initiatives fail to deliver results. Think of all the waisted time, money and effort. Change management can help reduce the failure rate. Change management prepare, support and enable business to successfully transition from a current to a desired state.

Piilo Group work across various industries and functional verticals. We started in the technology industry as most change today are technology related. Our clients include local businesses and major multinational companies with international footprints.

Q: Can you give us more insights into your offerings?

A: As a change management company, Piilo Group offers a variety of change services. First, business change. This is focused on helping businesses manage incremental change, example implementing a system or process. Second is business transformation. This creates a step change in business to achieve significant change or results. An example is when new capabilities, products or operating models are introduced. Third, is business effectiveness. This helps to determine how aligned business capabilities are to deliver its strategy. Change management has various disciplines and tools to help us achieve this.

Businesses use change management to drive strategy programs. Change management is critical for technology implementations, operational improvements, restructures, mergers and acquisitions to mention a few.

Q: Any highlights on your recent announcement?

A: Piilo Group was recognized as a top tier change management company by our clients. This recognition is a validation that we are focusing on the correct areas. It is also a compliment to our staff and their capabilities. Most of our clients continue to use our services after the first engagement.

Q: What is your current focus?

A: Piilo Group is currently focused on growing in North American as a change management company. Although we are in business since 2003, we only entered this market recently. We have an international footprint and bring international experience to clients.

Q: What can we expect from your company in next 6 months?

A: Piilo Group is currently looking at two areas within AI and robotics. The first is the application of AI in change management. The second how we manage change when robotics and AI are introduced into companies. Leading out of these topics, we will work with companies and associations to help industry. Our third focus is creating a capability for change professional and leaders. We hope to launch this in April 2023.
