A: The Catawba Digital Economic Zone is a jurisdiction built to service Web3 companies. Its best-in-class legal code, streamlined company registration platform, and nimble regulatory body make it one of the most competitive jurisdictions for digital industries.
Q: Any highlights on your recent announcement?
A: The Zone Authority Commissioners are the main regulators of the Zone. Now that they have been appointed, the commissioners are responsible for implementing regulations for companies virtually domiciled within the Zone.

Q: Can you give us more insights into your offering?
A: The Catawba Digital Economic Zone will be issuing regulations concerning fintech companies, digital assets, cryptocurrencies, and banking. Our goal is to be more competitive for digital assets than Wyoming, and to disrupt Delaware’s monopoly on company registration in the United States.
Q: What can we expect from your company in next 6 months? What are your plans?
A: Companies will be able to register legal entities within the Zone. The Zone will issue regulations that provide clear rules and streamlined procedures for digital assets compared to the rest of the United States.

A: The Catawba Digital Economic Zone operates under the sovereign authority of the Catawba Indian Nation. As a general rule, American Indian Nations have the same authority as U.S. states, and often more. The Nation will be at the forefront of enabling responsible, next generation technologies.
