Q: What is unique about WeePallet and how does it stand out from the competition?
A: At the moment, WeePallet offers cost competitive PP and HDPE plastic pallets. At every stage in our manufacturing process, we ensure the plastic pallets are molded from high grade and 100% virgin PP or HDPE material.
Additionally, our company has invested in strict quality (QC) at every stage of the plastic pallet molding process. Our manufacturing philosophy is based on ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
Furthermore, our team conducts various quality tests based on the ISO 8611 standards. Therefore, choosing WeePallet plastic pallets implies opting for an accessory that has passed the 100 meter drop test, alongside other load tests.
But, this is not enough. We have acquired modern plastic pallet molding equipment that allows for a wide range of manufacturing capabilities.
For instance, we have 30 sets of injection molding and 8 sets of blow molding machines. Besides, there are over 212 different mold types with custom options available.

Q: You’ve recently begun supplying custom injection molded plastic pallets; tell us something more?
A: That’s true. WeePallet introduced custom made injection molded plastic pallets three months ago.
The main idea here is to give our clients a unique opportunity to choose the features they want their plastic pallets to have. This implies; they can come with unique designs, features and dimensions.
We believe by having total control over custom injection plastic pallet designs; our OEM clients can use this as a strong marketing or branding tool.
However, our quality and inspection criteria still applies to the custom injection molded plastic pallets too. We insist on this to ensure every plastic pallet has high strength, dimensionally stable and durable; with a perfect finish.
Still, we have a team that helps customers with the design process as per their unique requirements.

A: Our blow molded plastic pallets can withstand the freezing temperature in most refrigerated vans and storage applications. They are available in both standard and custom designs.
These pallets are dimensionally stable and strong, even at a temperature below -40°C.
Apart from the standard designs, the WeePallet designs and molds hygienic plastic pallets for refrigerated vans and cold stores. These pallets are easy to clean and they do not hide dust.
Q: What are your plans for next 12 months?
A: We’ll be focusing on expanding our production capacity due to the high demand for the plastic pallets. This has been propelled by the strict rules and regulations on the wooden pallets.
So far, we are in the process of recruiting plastic pallet distributors in America and Europe. Besides, we are putting structures in place to ensure seamless coordination with our OEM clients.
Other than this, we intend to expand our production unit for special purpose plastic pallets such as drum, anti-spill, anti-static, display RFID plastic pallets.
Again, we have also received requests on recycled plastic pallet molding from our clients. I would like to assure our clients that we have started discussing this with the relevant departments.
We will update you on our progress as far as the issue designing and molding recycled plastic pallets is concerned.

Q: Who are the primary users of WeePallet products and what are some of the key challenges you are helping them solve?
A: As I said earlier, WeePallet plastic pallets are designed and molded for a range of applications. Clients can choose from our storage, shipping, hygienic or heavy duty plastic pallets; besides the custom designs.
Currently, our plastic pallets are used in many supply chains across the American and European markets.
At every stage in our manufacturing process, we strive to improve efficiency in product handling that has been a challenge for many companies. Apart from this, plastic pallets are exempted from the strict rules and regulations like in the case for wood pallets.
Therefore, there is no need to worry about the ISPM 15 regulations. This is because plastic pallets are not subjected to strict inspections when you use them as export or import pallets.
