Q: Could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to Recovhub?

A: Recovhub is a nationwide listing directory and portal allowing patients seeking help from addiction to find the resources needed to begin their journey into recovery. Alternatively we are building the first end to end platform for addiction treatment professionals offering their services enabling providers to login to their recovhub account, add each listing for every treatment facility, view patient leads with the individuals name and contact information that’s submitted on the treatment centers listing, and the individuals health insurance policy which includes the verification of benefits in real time from over 2,700 health insurance policies.

Recovhub streamlines the intake and admissions process by eliminating what used to be a lengthy insurance verification process generally taking anywhere from 24 hours to 3 days for a treatment center to obtain a clients credentials and call the health insurance company to verify the deductible, co-pay and other necessary information needed to admit the individual into treatment. Prior to Recovhub, this process generally ended with the patient seeking care not obtaining help. Recovhub believes that the process of obtaining treatment for drugs and alcohol should be treated as an emergency situation and when an individual seeks out help, it should be readily available in a timely manner.

Q: What makes Recovhub such a great tool in the treatment and recovery industries?

A: Recovhub is a single source platform for a facility to generate leads, gain exposure for their treatment center, build brand awareness from marketing and advertising the listing on recovhub, get real time notifications for each individual who submits their identifying information and eventually allow for all operations on a daily basis to be conducted from within the recovhub login account.

Recovhub helps treatment centers with organic s.e.o. (search engine optimization) due to each listing having a url with the treatment centers name. Now treatment centers can rank higher in search results online from google, yahoo, bing etc.

Q: How exactly does your platform work?

A: Recovhub is built for patients seeking care and providers offering the help individuals are looking for. There are two communities on the recovhub website, first the patient side who creates a profile, inputs their health insurance policy information and contact information which is populated on a listing to submit to the treatment center of their choice.

The second login is for treatment providers who can submit each listing their corporation or company manages along with view patient leads and the patients health insurance policy verification of benefits (V.O.B.) in real time. Treatment Centers are sent an email notifying them of new patient leads if the facility chooses the add on package of lead generation.

Recovhub is a tier based platform offering treatment centers the ability to choose where they want their listing to be placed. Recovhub offers 8 listings on the homepage for each level of care (detox/residential, outpatient, sober living) and when these 8 listings are sold out a facility is placed on a waiting list for an opening.

Alternatively, Recovhub offers a Featured Listing to show up at the top of the search results in each location. Example: If i search for Detox in Los Angeles, CA the first 3 listings that appear at the top are Featured Listings. We offer 3 featured listings in each major metro and or location.

Aside from the Featured Listing and Homepage Listing we offer a basic listing package allowing the admissions email, admissions phone number and the treatment centers own website so individuals seeking care can contact the treatment center direct. Aside from the direct contact information, Recovhub allows for multiple photos, a description of the services offered, the icons for amenities each facility offers their clients and the health insurance company logos for each insurance company the treatment center works with.

Q: What are the benefits of using your platform?

A: Recovhub saves treatment centers an ample amount of time spent verifying insurance policies, time spent obtaining new clients and saves each facility money on expenses for marketing, advertising, employee costs in the admissions and intake department along with the benefit of an ethical platform helping eliminate what’s known as patient brokering and human trafficking in the substance abuse treatment industry.

Q: What are your plans for the future?

A: Recovhub plans to expand services offered to incorporate all services used on a daily basis for operations. We will be including an EMR ( electronic medical record ) tool, incorporate medical billing, virtual tele health, virtual video conferencing for meetings on the recovhub platform along with builiding out what will be the first social platform for the recovery community. Eventually we will be seeking to bring the Recovhub platform worldwide and expanding into new markets that could benefit from Recovhub.
