Q: Could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to your company?
A: Omni BI Solutions was formed in 2021 by Jacqueline DeStefano-Tangorra, myself, a New York State licensed Certified Public Accountant, and Certified Fraud Examiner, and full-time data analyst. I formed OBIS to guide organizations through making data-driven decisions to implement efficient processes based on valuable insights gathered as a result of using business intelligence. Currently, I hold existing certifications in Tableau, Alteryx, Adobe, and Microsoft products. Additionally, many who work on my teams have other certifications in enterprise tech and creative related products.
I am always searching for ways to bring creativity to my clients through designing unique business intelligence solutions tailored to their specific reporting needs. Through telling compelling and memorable stories with data, I craft novel visualizations bringing together disparate data sources. At OBIS, we encourage our clients to be innovative and to embrace technological developments, while helping them to see the benefits of doing so. With an avid focus in data ingestion, cleansing, visualization and storytelling, OBIS provides a unique solution for each client tailored to their internal and external reporting needs.
Q: You are also a published author; can you tell us something more?
A: Whether I am focused on growing my technology business or career as an author, I search for ways to bring creativity to my clients and readers, whether it be designing unique business intelligence solutions, or providing stimulating literary perspectives intended to motivate, inspire, or heal them. Through my work as a published poet, as well as a business intelligence consultant, I am able to achieve my mission set forth above. I love what I do, as I am challenged in many ways to constantly grow. This growth encourages me to not only expand my creativity, but also to share it with others.
I am the author of an inspirational poetry collection entitled Water Lilies published under my pen name, Jacqueline Ann. In October of 2022, my book hit #2 on Amazon Kindle’s Best Sellers for Christian Poetry and landed within the Top 50 for Poetry. I am focused on building a community on Instagram (IG: @jacq.ann) where I share my poetry and inspirational bits with my readers to help people feel heard, loved, and healed. As it relates to technology, I am in the process of writing my second book which bundles my passion for art (poetry) and technology (artificial intelligence) into one; this book is scheduled to be released early 2023. What excites me about both aspects of my work is that they each require me to tap into the deepest layers of my thoughts, where I am encouraged to produce results that I am not only proud of, but also are novel to me.

Q: Can you give us more insights into your services?
A: OBIS’ services include consulting on data cleansing, data visualization, performance benchmarking, descriptive/predictive analysis, KPI identification and analysis, closed-loop analytics, executive presentations with live dashboard feeds, custom automation, ETL pipeline, data connection setups/querying, and data warehousing maintenance. We have created customized intelligence solutions for marketing agencies, CMOs, CFOs, COOs, and more. OBIS can support building solutions for clients directly, or provide a directional overview on a particular process; nonetheless, we work with our clients regardless of their varying skill levels to deliver a solution that best suits their needs.

Q: What can we expect from your company in next 6 months? What are your plans?
A: As OBIS continues to scale and work with companies in various industries, we will continue to serve our existing and new clients as needed. We are in the process of studying automations to build full scale customized business intelligence dashboards for our clients quickly, and also looking how we can incorporate more AI/ML for our clients’ to use on a regular basis.
