Bright Bright Great started in 2007 specializing in Digital Brand Strategy and Marketing. Below is our recent interview with Jason Schwartz, Managing Director at Bright Bright Great:

Q: You’ve recently been named top 2018 Digital Agency by Clutch; could you tell us something more?

A: Digital is at the core of everything we do, from building amazing brands to crafting winning marketing campaigns. We also started a type foundry called Avondale Type Co. in 2015 that creates custom typefaces for clients and then founded a photography and content house called MLMTR in 2016 which creates dynamic social content.

Q: Tell us more about your services?

A: BBG tends to focus on 4 areas in particular:

What is the post-launch story of your brand and digital tools? Does your ongoing marketing and communications match your mission/vision? Who is your audience? How and why are they engaging with you? What are the best avenues to share your brand biography? How does content, demand generation, affiliate, digital, and social marketing extend your brand and portray your products and services? What is your roadmap of campaigns that will move the needle for your brand?

We work with brand to build robust marketing and communication plans and strategy and then can either lead, or take over execution, to achieve goals.

Q: Who are your primary clients and what are some of the key challenges you are helping them solve?

A: We often see a misunderstanding of how design can create change within an organization and with clients. Every touchpoint both internally and externally matters, and creating the ideal experience for potential clients, partners, as well as an internal team is key. Good design solves problems which should make people’s jobs easier internally, help them stay focused on high-level items vs. playing clean-up and externally should provide increased value to clients.

A key challenge we continue to see is the ability of clients with in-house teams to continue to create engaging content after a major launch, or milestone. Telling a brand’s story over time is difficult and time consuming.

Unless hired specifically to do so, content creation is an afterthought for many companies. They now have wonderful tools and often need help building the lasting marketing and communication campaigns to continue the momentum. The reality of the ongoing story you tell to your customers and partners happens regularly over a long period of time, this is not a one-off Press Release, or a single social media post per month. B2C companies should be engaging daily with their customers. When you are a small to medium-sized company taking time away from sales or product development for social content creation is tough. The same goes for B2B space. The audience is different in B2B but the need to target and campaign to key individuals is still there.

We find that brands are more successful when all that is in mind from the start of engagement. We provide end-to-end solutions to make sure nothing is lost in translation.

Q: What can we expect from BBG in the future?

A: After 11 years, we are excited that we continue to grow and strengthen our own brand. We are beyond excited to share the true range of our services and what we’ve been up to in the last few years with our clients, partners and the community.
