Q: Could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to Comstar Technologies?

A: Comstar aligns technology solutions to clients’ business objectives. We are uniquely positioned to advise and integrate solutions that help maximize profitability, generate new revenue streams, catalyze growth and mitigate risk.

Q: What is your core competence?

A: Our consultative approach sets us apart. Q: Can you give us more insights into your solutions?

A: Efficiency, security, and scalability are at the center of everything that we do. Our primary solutions are IT, UCaaS, Security and Audiovisual.

Professionally managed IT by Comstar means more than the usual maintenance package. A strategic road map begins the IT journey that is specific to each business. Through digital transformation, backup and disaster recovery, and cybersecurity, the Comstar IT team works to understand every aspect of our client’s business to streamline and protect your network, devices and data.

UCaaS brings the collaboration that teams today need to succeed. Our various UC platforms ensure that teams remain connected in one central location no matter where they are physically. UC offers something for everyone; there are in-depth reports and analytics with the end-user features and integrations that keep employees productive.

To us, physical security focuses on access control and cameras. As the world has changed in the last year, these solutions are more prominent than ever because they’re being used to incorporate heat maps, visitor management and remote monitoring.

AV is where our team really gets to showcase their creativity. We offer custom designs for any size space -from an individual office, huddle room, or common area to large boardrooms and higher education classrooms. These integrate with our communication platforms to offer ease of use when presenting, video chatting, or projecting.

Q: What can we expect from Comstar Technologies in the next 6 months?

A: We have a lot to look forward to in the next six months. We’re extremely fortunate to be in a position where we’re projecting growth in multiple areas. To meet the demand, we are actively hiring and will continue to expand the team throughout the year – as well as our geographic footprint. We kicked off the year with a rebrand and will continue to build on that while prioritizing the user experience with a new self-service portal and chat feature.

Q: What’s the best thing about Comstar Technologies that people might not know about?

A: Comstar has been around for over 30 years now, and in that 30 years, a lot of our employees and clients have evolved with us. We have watched clients start out with one location and grow to have over 50 locations. To be able to have clients that grow alongside us has been amazing to watch. Their successes have really become our success. It’s been even more amazing to see our team members grow over the years. We’ve witnessed employees come in at entry-level and work their way up to management and find roles that they’re incredibly passionate about.
