Q: Who are your primary clients and what are some of the key challenges you are helping them solve?

A: Private/Public companies that are struggling with their current debt load and need the debt restructured.

Private/Public companies that are trying to acquire more capital for growth but their debt load needs to be decreased, and/or restructured, to be more attractive to outside funding entities or investor groups.

There are numerous challenges our services help our clients solve:

  • For our clients with severe debt issues we put a strategy in place that addresses all their debt going forward instead of cherry picking which debts they will address that month. The strategy lays out the ground work to restructure all the debt to where our clients can service the debt under their current financial situation this allowing the client to start to turn a corner, stay in business, and avoid bk.
  • For our clients with moderate debt issues we put a similar strategy in place that helps our clients address all their debt but the main goal for these clients is to prevent them from getting to the point where they are contemplating bk like our severe clients.
  • We have numerous clients that are stable but they are servicing one debt that is just a little too much for them. This could be equipment financing for a piece of equipment they need to operate, an open account for a vendor/supplier they need, rent, or bank loan etc. For these clients, we put a specific strategy in for that debt. The goal is to restructure the debt in a way that it is easier for our clients to service the debt going forward while not losing the collateral tied to the debt assuming it is a secured debt or damaging a business relationship they need going forward.
  • Additionally, we have clients that are stable and looking for additional operating capital either through debt, or equity financing, but have a hard time getting qualified or attracting investors because of how their debt is structured. We restructure the debt, directly with their creditor/s, to make the company more appealing to funding groups or investors.

Q: What geographic markets are you focusing on currently?

A: Over the last 10 years we have been able to grow our company and expand our reach outside of Texas. We have clients in California to New York and everywhere in between. Our strongest presence is located in Texas, California, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and the majority of the South.

Q: What are your plans for next four months?

A: In the next four months, we are focused on growth. We want to continue to strengthen our presence in those geographical areas we have a healthy foothold in while increasing our presence in the mid-west as well as the publicly traded space.
