Aircall is the company behind innovative cloud-based call centre software for small business. Aircall recently raised $8 Million Series A funding round led by Balderton Capital, plans to build up operations and expand its customer base. Below is our interview with Olivier Pailhes, Co-founder and CEO at Aircall:
Q: Olivier, how would you describe Aircall in your own words?
A: Aircall is the best phone system for teams: Sales, Customer Service or Marketing teams.
Q: Could you please give us more insights into Aircall’s functionality?
A: Aircall’s principles are that setting up and using a phone system should be instant and “self-served”. Our apps let you pick local or toll-free numbers anywhere in the world and start using them instantly on any device via the Aircall Phone. Our vision of phone communications is that it will be multi-player and connected to all other business softwares, so we embed natively collaboration features and integrations with major CRM and helpdesk softwares.
