Q: What advantage does Twelve12 have over its competitors?

A: As one of the premier marketing companies in Orange County, one of the most measurable advantages of twelve12 is that we can do everything – from video to web design to branding to social media to paid ads. This enables us to keep a brand’s message clear and consistent across all channels, instead of focusing on one specialty and then handing it off to the next agency. There’s a sense of accountability in our holistic approach that brings out our best work.

With that said, sometimes the biggest advantages are the hardest to measure. For us, that’s our passion, which comes from working with clients with whom we can truly make a difference. When you believe in what you do and feel personally invested in your clients, you will always go the extra mile.

A: Our core competence is that we genuinely want to help people. We listen to what a client has to say, and when we strategize, we actually take the human element into account. That way, when we start a client with a strategic plan, we know it’s something that meshes well with their personality and team, so it will really get them where they want to go.

Q: Who is your ideal customer and why?

A: Twelve12 focuses on small to mid-sized companies that are honest and ethical. We want to help good people. We work with all sorts of different industries, which means that we are always learning and staying agile.

Q: What can we expect from twelve12 in the next 12 months?

A: We have so many plans! We’ll continue branding in Orange County, and possibly open up a new branch in San Diego.

Q: What business achievement are you most proud of?

A: We’re proud of our team of people, and we’re proud of the work we do, but our number one source of pride is probably the fact that we have the absolute lowest turnover of clients in the industry. Our guiding light has always been to put the clients first. If you do what’s in their best interest, it always seems to help the agency in the long run, too.
