Q: Could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to Monkey Group?

We utilize our certification framework of the five pillars of successful takeout, delivery and catering – leadership, centralized services, sales and marketing, operations and delivery – to help provide a benchmark for operational excellence. Because of Kitchen Podular’s innovative approach to isolating the production lines of takeout versus catering, they help operators optimize their production lines, designed around the manufacturing workflow of the various off premise channels. This is consistent with Pillar #4 of our business framework. Q: Can you give us insights into your software? How does it work?

Q: What are your plans for the future?

A: Off-Premise sales in the restaurant industry are projected to account for 37 percent of total restaurant sales, or $209 billion, in 2018 and we project continued growth in this quickly evolving segment for the next five years. The unprecedented growth in takeout, delivery and catering is being driven by increasing consumer demand for convenience and a rapid advancement in the development of cloud-based ordering technologies and marketplaces.
