Below is our recent interview with Thom Robbins, Director of Marketing at PeopleReign:

Q: Could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to your company?

A: PeopleReign is the conversational AI platform that automates the resolution of IT and HR issues for employees. Unlike alternatives, only PeopleReign owns the lifecycle of service requests with applications and automated machine learning that extend beyond chatbots. The PeopleReign system of intelligence provides four applications designed to support employees, live call center agents, and service owners. These are designed to complement traditional systems of record like ServiceNow and Jira Service Management. We’re motivated by our customers and committed to creating a new world of work where employees are empowered to focus on critical thinking, empathy, coaching, and intuition – innately human skills – while AI automates mundane tasks.

Q: Any highlights on your recent announcement?

A: We announced the public availability of our AI-first System of Intelligence for IT and HR Employee Service, new funding, and more. Since our founding in 2020, PeopleReign has developed the world’s smartest virtual agent for delivering automated IT and HR service. It speaks 27 languages and is pre-configured to answer about five million common questions. The world’s most respected organizations use PeopleReign to reduce ticket volume by 65%, mean time to resolve issues by 45%, and cost per ticket by 90%. PeopleReign is already used by Fortune 500 companies, including Swiss Re, where 15,000 employees in 25 countries are more productive thanks to automated answers from PeopleReign.

In addition to announcing public availability, we raised four million dollars from investors including Boulder Ventures, Moxxie Ventures, Sterling Road, and individual investors including Sanju Bansal, co-founder of MicroStrategy, and Jeff Samberg, Managing Director of Acadia Woods.

We plan to use proceeds from the round to add key team members in sales, customer success, and engineering and invest in strategic partnerships with organizations like Thirdera, the largest pure-play provider of ServiceNow services.

In addition, we’ve expanded the team to meet growing demand. New advisors include Julie Liegl, former CMO of Slack, Larry Augustin, former CEO of SugarCRM, and Craig Harper, former CEO of Cherwell.

Q: Can you give us more insights into your offering?

A: PeopleReign is a SaaS platform that automates IT and HR employee service. Employees get back about an hour a day when they receive instant answers to common questions at work. PeopleReign customers benefit from 65% lower call volume, 90% lower cost per ticket, and 45% lower average time to resolve issues.

Organizations like Swiss Re use PeopleReign to support 15,000 employees in 25 countries. The PeopleReign Virtual Agent speaks 27 languages and is pre-configured to answer about five million common questions. Unlike alternatives, only PeopleReign provides a virtual agent for employees plus two applications, Classify and Recommend, that help live agents resolve more issues faster. Insights, the fourth PeopleReign application, is a predictive analytics dashboard that helps service owners resolve issues proactively before employees are impacted.

Expect enhancements to our industry-first IT and HR domain ontologies coupled with more accurate natural language processing and deeper integrations with leading systems of record.
