Q: Could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to your company?
A: Rabot is on a mission to build the world’s best platform for warehouse operational intelligence to augment workforces in high speed and high volume environments. By providing visibility and insight into manual operations, Rabot’s bold and transformational AI technology increases workflow efficiency by empowering teams to communicate and problem-solve in real-time. The company is based in the US and headquartered in TX with offices in CA and PA.
Q: Any highlights on your recent announcement?
A: Existing customers have seen immediate benefits including an 80% reduction in resolution time for orders and doubling new warehouse employees’ productivity. With this initial fundraising step of $2M in pre-seed funding, Rabot plans to grow the company to meet these increasing demands. Pilot deployments at existing sites are converting to full scale implementations while the company ramps up deployments to new customers.

Q: Can you give us more insights into your offering?
A: We all know how frustrating it is when we receive a package only to find items have either been missed, or the incorrect items have been included for our online order. With the company’s first offering, ‘Rabot Pack’, the company aims to solve this problem by helping out e-commerce and fulfillment operation teams by giving more visibility into packages and providing a better customer experience.
Rabot Pack is an AI powered camera solution placed over pack stations. It is compact and easy to install and doesn’t require modifying existing packing stations. As soon as it is installed, operations teams benefit from quickly looking up videos for every order packed on the Rabot platform – offering clear visibility into what has been packed, insights into whether it has been packed according to customer requirements, alert when issues arise, and identify clear opportunities to make the packing process more efficient. This has allowed Rabot’s clients to save valuable time by providing real time insights, fast track their quality control process, and reduce costly errors.
Q: What can we expect from your company in next 6 months? What are your plans?
A: As more of our customers see benefit from getting better visibility and insights into their packing operations (both at the order level as well as the operations level), Rabot is working on integration opportunities with their existing systems (WMS, ERP systems) to help operation teams have a better and seamless experience.
Q: What is the best thing about your company that people might not know about?
