Q: What can we expect from SwitchRay in next six months? What are your plans?
A: Revenue losses due to PBX hacking and other telecom fraud will continue to sky rock this year, costing carriers billions in lost revenue. SwitchRay’s product road map includes plans to stay one step ahead of these fraudsters by improving its methods of detecting fraud before it can derail revenue through specialized ‘sniffing’ software as well as improved analysis of telecom traffic patterns.
