Q: You’ve recently announced completion of Loomis Luxury Townhomes; could you tell us something more?
A: Loomis Luxury Townhomes is our most recent residential project located at 20 N. Loomis Street in Chicago’s West Loop. West Loop is growing quickly, with many businesses, fine dining and fine art establishments moving into the area. Our mission was to provide residents, or soon to be residents, with spacious luxury living spaces with modern design to compliment the neighborhood’s feel. Our townhomes feature excellent spaces for entertaining, relaxing, playing and enjoying city life.

Q: Can you give us insights into amenities and features of your newly built townhomes?
A: Each Loomis Luxury Townhome is five stories tall and spans a total of 6,000 square feet. Open floor plans and large windows allow for plenty of natural light and city views in every space.
There are two main living spaces, the first on the second floor with large living room with cozy fireplace, chef’s kitchen with state of the art appliances and breakfast area with access to private patio. The second is on the fifth floor and features a wet bar and access to a large private roof top deck.
Each townhome has five bedrooms with en suite bathrooms including the 1,500 square foot master suite. Master suites feature two walk-in closets, large bathroom with double vanity and make up station, rain shower with body sprays and handheld showerhead and beautiful freestanding soaker bathtub.
Every townhome also has a private elevator, laundry room with side-by-side washer and dryer and 3 or 4 car garage. The four remaining units can be customized and upgraded to buyers’ specifications.
Q: Other than construction, what else do you offer to your clients?
A: We provide preconstruction planning, general contracting, construction management, integrated project delivery, and design-build services for large and small projects.

Q: What is next for Taty Construction?
A: We are currently involved in the renovation of the Breakwater Hotel Amelia Island and we will soon be announcing several hotel projects throughout the Chicagoland area.
