Below is our recent interview with Jeff Lieber, CEO at Turnkey Product Management:
Q: Could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to Turnkey Product Management?
A: TurnKey Product Management, helps companies to accelerate their sales on Amazon in several capacities, from Full-Service Amazon Management to 1-on-1 Coaching to an Amazon Systems Online Course. I started 5 years ago launching a pet brand on Amazon and learned a lot by being in the trenches. Eventually he started consulting for some of his friends who were struggling to find the momentum that he did in his business, and he found that the best practices he had cultivated worked across the board! I started TurnKey several years ago, and sold my Amazon brand last year in order to focus 100% on helping other businesses to reach their fullest potential on Amazon.

Q: Can you give us insights into your services?
A: We offer several levels of service for clients, all with the goal of helping them to improve their Amazon sales! First, our Full-Service Package is for clients who want to realize their product’s full potential on Amazon by hiring an expert to do it for them. By allowing TurnKey to manage their listings for them, the clients are able to free up precious time to focus on other aspects of their business, while also seeing the growth they’ve always desired but never knew how to achieve on Amazon. Second, we offer Inner Circle 1-on-1 or group coaching, for clients who want to keep their Amazon management in-house, but are looking for an expert to tell them the systems, strategies, and shortcuts to take their sales to the next level. Coaching has become a HUGE part of our business, and we hear from clients everyday that they are loving having an expert resource to turn to and a fresh perspective to offer actionable solutions to their biggest hurdles on Amazon!
Q: What are the benefits of working with you?
A: Unless you are specifically trained on how to mange Amazon effectively, there’s no way you can possibly know all the ins and outs of selling on this massive platform! TurnKey has a well-trained team of client managers ready to manage your listings with best practices AND customized strategies according to what will work best for your brand. We’ve worked in dozens of niches and have truly seen what works and what doesn’t. We accept a limited number of full-service clients at any given time in order to provide the highest level of service to our clients. Plus, we REALLY want to see our clients succeed. Q: How would you convince the reader to start using your services?
A: You will never know the potential of your Amazon business if you keep doing it yourself. We hear from business owners everyday who have a list a mile long with all the things they need to do on Amazon, and in their business in general, and they don’t do any of it because they don’t know where to start. So many of them slap up their listing and set it on autopilot hoping it will climb up in the rankings. That’s just not true anymore. 1 out of every 2 dollars online goes to purchases on Amazon. If you aren’t currently selling on Amazon, you need to be. If you are, but you don’t know what you are doing, hire an expert. Don’t waste any more time trying to figure out the Amazon jungle. Free up your time to do only the things that you can do, and allow us the opportunity to maximize your potential on Amazon.

Q: What are your plans for the future?
A: With Amazon, you can never look too far into the future. But what we do know is that Amazon isn’t going anywhere. At TurnKey, we want to continue staying on top of new strategies, trends, and Amazon policy changes, to continue offering the highest level of service to our clients. We’d love to grow our number of coaching clients and full service clients, to allow even more Amazon sellers the opportunity to see real success on this platform.
