Q: Could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to your company?
A: Viable provides analytics software for making customer feedback actionable with automated aggregation, structuring, and analysis of the text. With Viable, companies can ask any question and in seconds get plain-language answers from their customer surveys, help desk tickets, app store reviews, and more. Using its technology powered by OpenAI’s GPT-3, Viable can analyze huge quantities of data and deliver customer feedback reports that are highly accurate.
Q: Any highlights on your recent announcement?
A: Our most recent funding round was a testament to the institutional attention that qualitative text analytics is receiving. Our seed round received investment from a suite of extremely strong investors such as Streamlined Ventures, Craft Ventures, Javelin Venture Partners, in addition to Merus Capital, GTMFund, STRΛTMINDS, Tempo Ventures, Micheal Liou, Bill Butler, and Samvit Ramadurgam.

Q: Can you give us more insights into your offering?
A: When understanding customer feedback, some of the most important information lies within complicated qualitative data. To avoid tedious reading, classifications, and domain experts, Viable is providing its services as the only qualitative AI company to provide natural language querying and automated analysis of customer feedback.
Q: What can we expect from your company in the next 6 months? What are your plans?
A: With a new budget focused on growth, research, development, and new hires – we anticipate seeing the Viable team and product grow dramatically. The growth plan we have for the year will help us to better serve our customers and provide them with elevated features to simplify crucial data to help businesses prosper with the feedback Viable provides.

Q: What is the best thing about your company that people might not know about?
A: The Viable team developed proprietary natural language processing (NLP) technology. We quickly found that this was the most valuable part of our early product. Our proprietary technology allows us to mitigate the harm of bias within our qualitative feedback reports, providing our customers with a sense of comfort that the feedback they are receiving is not influenced by the potential bias presented in manual analysis or generic use cases of large language models.
