A: We have seen amazing growth over the past year, with our annualized revenue growing more than 50% month over month in the last six months. We have added experts from multiple disciplEines to our team and will continue to invest in unmatched technology that spans asset identification, underwriting, transaction, and home and portfolio management at scale. Single-family rentals offer more stability and resiliency than just about any other asset class in the world, and our fusion of best-in-class operations, technology, and real estate expertise uniquely equip us to create exceptional experiences for both investors and residents.

Q: What can we expect from your company in next 6 months? What are your plans?

A: We expect the SFR asset class to remain highly attractive in both the near-term and long-term, for both investors and residents.
