Q: Could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to AMGtime?
A: AMGtime products are designed to easily scale, adapt and customize for organizations of all sizes and across various industries. Our extensive collection of solutions includes PC and Cloud-based software, top of the line biometric hardware, mobile applications, specialized industry solutions, seamless software integrations and so much more.

Q: You’ve recently announced AMGtime workforce scheduling; could you tell us something more?
A: In order to reduce labor costs and increase productivity, we’ve created Advanced Workforce Scheduling to simplify and automate employee scheduling. The system smartly schedules shifts based on parameters set by the employer and preferences set by the employee. Adding this auto-scheduling into AMGtime’s repertoire is just another way we can better assist labor management int the most efficient way possible.
Q: What makes you the best choice?
A: We’ve been in the labor management industry for 20+ years. We’ve seen trends, short-comings, innovative solutions and so much more. At this point, we can intuitively predict where workforce management is headed and how to pair the right technology to the trends. That’s our two biggest assets – knowledge and adaptability. It doesn’t hurt that we’re also one of the most competitively priced robust solutions out there!
Q: What’s the biggest issue you see in the industry today?
A: The biggest issue by far is lack of transparency, especially amongst bigger companies. Not only does this promote mistrust, but it also inhibits growth. We believe that having an open API encourages us to remain up-to-date, collaborative, adaptable and honest. Adopting this mentality has helped us obtain and maintain fruitful partnerships with payroll, accounting and similar software companies. Collaboration and innovation are key to growth.

Q: What can we expect from AMGtime in the future?
A: We’ll be releasing a free version of our software for young entrepreneurs and businesses. It’ll be a simpler version for a smaller employee base. As a company, we believe in the spirit of entrepreneurship and fostering new ideas. Stay tuned!
