Below is our recent interview with Samantha Rincione, the Founder & CEO at Crave:

Q: For those who haven’t heard of it, what is the best way to describe Crave Hot Dogs and BBQ?

A: Crave is a Fast-Casual Hot Dog and BBQ restaurant with a modern and inviting interior. There is a self-serve beer wall in the store with anywhere from 18-32 taps of local craft beer, wine and cider. It is also a family friendly establishment with menu options for everyone. Anywhere from 5-8 Tv’s are placed throughout the restaurant. We offer delivery, take out, curbside, catering and dine in.

Q: Can you give us insights into your menu?

A: At Crave you will find grilled hot dogs, sausages and brats with 20+ toppings to choose from as well as BBQ sandwiches and platters. The sides are absolutely delicious and include some classics such as mac n cheese, beans, chili and more. Some favorites are the Mac n’ Brisket sandwich, Taco Trio and the Loaded Tater Tots. We also have monthly limited time offers that are created based on customers feedback and suggestions. Mays is a Crave Supreme- a hot sausage, covered in beer cheese topped with smoked brisket and sprinkled with cheddar. We have an App as well where customers can accrue loyalty points, earn rewards, get alerts and more!

Q: What is the best thing about Crave Hot Dogs and BBQ that people might not know about?

A: At Crave we are an All-American brand, who doesn’t love beer and a good hot dog, right? Most people don’t know that we are not only a veteran owned company, but 95% of our franchisees are veterans or active duty. We strive to give opportunities to everyone and the fact that we are able to work with our service men and women in their next ventures in life brings us so much joy! We offer Veterans discounts.

Q: What are your plans for the future?

A: We plan to continue our nationwide expansion. We currently have locations in Georgia, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Texas, Colorado, Florida, Louisiana, Iowa and New York. We expect to have 100+ units open over the next 3-5 years.
