A: Sojurn’s online platform provides the ability for anyone who is looking for a furnished apartment to build out and customize their exact furnishings and services that they’d like to include, while also choosing the exact apartment community and floorplan that they’d like to rent. Whether our client is an employer searching on behalf of a high level executive who is in town for a long-term assignment, or an individual in need of a temporary solution while they are renovating their permanent home, we are here to help.

Q: What are the benefits of partnering with Sojurn?

In addition to allowing our customers to have full control over their accommodations, we both set up all services and assist with the pickup and breakdown at the end of their rental, so they can move into a turnkey apartment without worrying about what to do with all of that furniture once it’s time to move out. A: I think the best thing about Sojurn is our commitment to giving back to those who are less fortunate within our community by donating all of our housewares that are no longer in tip-top shape to both local and national charities. A: Sojurn’s immediate goals for 2020 are to continue to grow and scale as we enter additional markets as well as to increase the functionality of our online platform. Right now, the future is looking bright as we are already projected to surpass our 2019 revenue by mid-year! In the long-term, our goal for Sojurn is to be the tech-enabled service that is utilized by multifamily buildings to service renters looking for furnished apartments by making it as simple to rent their apartment fully furnished as it is to add on an amenity, such as a parking space or storage unit. We are excited for what is to come as Sojurn continues to increase the efficiency of both the technology and service sectors of the furnished rental market.
