A: It’s a very simple set up and we made it that way on purpose to help make our customers’ lives easier. Once a customer completes their profile all the hard work falls on IDStrong. We actively monitor credit bureaus, public records, and personal information being bought and sold on the dark web. If we find information breaches, we will alert the customer immediately and even help them take the appropriate next steps.
Q: Who is your ideal user and why?
A: Literally everyone is our ideal user. Anyone who has a social security number, bank accounts, credit, public records, or any information at all can reap great benefits from our service. We all need someone to look out for us in this increasingly digital world, and that’s exactly what IDStrong does.
Q: What can we expect from IDStrong in next 12 months?
A: We are going to keep scaling our product up, adding new and exciting features to help protect every aspect of consumers’ lives. A lot of identity and credit monitoring services offer very little in the way of overall safety and part of our goal is to offer customers a very comprehensive package that will safeguard every aspect of their digital lives.
